The UCC Youth Group promotes clean, healthy fun in a Christian environment and also service to the church and community.

The group consists of youth in grades 7-12. A planning meeting is generally held once a year. About eight activities are scheduled throughout the year. The types of activities the Youth Group has held or has been involved in include but are not limited to:

Apple Dumpling Sale
Refreshment Sales at the Church Garage Sale and the Craft Fair
Assisting in making meatballs for the Meatball Sale
Setup of the outdoor nativity scene at church (an annual event)
Buying clothing and personal care items for
Berea Children’s Home for Christmas
Haunted House
Rock wall climbing
Laser Tag
Moonrock Bowling
Swings N Things

Youth Group members are expected to participate in service activities, as well as social events. The church is the usual meeting place. Chaperones and other adults are responsible for transporting the youth and their guests to and from events held off of church grounds. Communication of events occurs via phone calls, e-mail, and/or flyers. When possible, events are listed in the church newsletter and bulletins.

The group does not have a regular meeting day or time.
