Thrift Shop Staff 1.

Some of our Wonderful Volunteers from years past!
Founded May, 1981

WEEKLY UPDATE: August 10, 2020

Our Coach purse drawing was held on Thursday afternoon and our winner was Judy from Strongsville.  We called her at 3 o’clock and she picked up her purse at 3:20!  Congrats Judy!  Speaking of raffles, our next raffle will be a Vintage Princess House covered butter dish and candle holders.  We are only selling 20 tickets for this raffle so be sure to get your tickets early!  Attached is a photo of both items.

Also, for the customer who purchased the mandolin slicer, you missed one important part of it.  Please ask for it.  We have it safely stored at the check-out desk.
Also, we have some Franciscan  Apple Bowls.  I’ll call them fruit bowls.  They are marked only $2 each and this week they will be just $1 since you can’t wear them.  This is a real deal.  Check out the photo of the bowls.

Our sales this week will be fun for everyone.

ALL scarfs will be 4 for $1.  (The scarfs are in the hall now.)

ALL cookbooks will be 2 for a quarter  (There’s a special table for cookbooks, see the photo)

Our August jewelry sale will be all necklaces 25 cents

We will have 2 kinds of grab bags this week.  Some will be filled with children’s books and others with kitchen items.  These quarter bags have become quite popular!

EVERYTHING NOT CLOTHING WILL BE HALF PRICE!!  This includes greeting cards, toys, household items, magazines, books, games, puzzles, housewares, fabric, glassware, frames and wall art.  Not part of this sale is jewelry, clothing, shoes, purses, and belts.  In other words, if you don’t wear it, it will be half price.

We are looking forward to seeing you on Thursday, August 13th between 10 and 4 for a fun shopping experience!
