a. TO LISTEN: Just click on the message you want to hear. It should start playing in few seconds.
b. TO SAVE AN AUDIO FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER: Right-Click the message you want and choose “Save Target As”. Then choose the folder on your computer where you want to save the file. The audio recording will be saved to your computer as an MP3 File. Then you can use your saved mp3 files to burn them to a CD, save them to your MP3 player,or just play them from your computer.
